Q.1 :Size?

A.1 :

We now have 6 sizes available for our wrap dress.

We recommend to choose a size that suits your shoulder measurement most,
as due to the nature of wrap dress, the measurements of bust & waist are
very adjustable.

Contact us for other sizes.



Q.2 :Fitting?

A.2 :

We invite you to visit our design studio in Tokyo, in order for you to find the right size,
 dress style and the textile design.

Email us with a few date & time convenient for you, and we'll get back to you shortly.

Q.3 :Print Image?

A.3 :

Our 2D images are all made of textile designs laid under a layer of dress parts
in Photoshop.

Hence how the chosen textile design will appear on the actual wrap dress will be
different, as we will cut&sew, sometime gathered and pleated to make it 3D.
Also it'll depend on the chosen styles & sizes.

Please regard our images for your references, to get some ideas of the textile
designs and the sizes of the prints.



Q.4 :Print size & colour?

A.4 :

We have sample fabric ready to rent for our customers, to hold it against their bodies & faces
 to have better idea of a dress. 

You can pick up up to 5 designs at a time. We ask 10,000yen deposit in advance + return
 the samples within a week. 

Available Only within Japan.

*The samples available for rent are printed with older version of ink. Now, we use improved

sublimation ink that prints more vividly without losing the soften texture of the fabric. 

Please note that the dresses may look slightly different, for better in colour & texture wise!



Q.5 :Return?

A.5 :

Please contact us if you receive a wrong dress. We'll refund you all the
cost including the original shipping fee once we receive the dress.


Our wrap dress is 100% specially crafted for you.

So please double check your order before placing, or contact us immediately 
if you'd like us to change your order.




Q.6 :Delivery timing?

A.6 :

As the dress will be specially crafted for you, we estimate our shipping timing
within one month of your order.

It will be slightly varied depending on our printing & sewing factories' schedules.

We will email you in the mean time, when we have clear ideas about
the exact shipping timing. It usually takes up to 2 weeks.



Q.7 :Material?

A.7 :

It is Polyester 100% jersey, for we chose a print method that uses sublimation ink,
which reacts best to Polyester. 

This printing method is identified for its high resistance & long duration of the
colour for the ink will be absorbed deeply into the fiber, without interfering the
fabric's original softness.

Contact us if you'd like a swatch (approx. 5cmx5cm), we'll send it for free within Japan.




Q.8 :Gift Certificate? 

A.8 :

Our gift voucher will be a great gift, as you can give her exactly what she would love,
and also give an exciting experience of designing!



Q.9 :Wrapping?

A.9 :

We'd like to avoid waste for eco-friendly purpose. Your dress will be in a 
clear plastic hanged up with a hanger, rolled and put in a paper bag.

Gift wrapping is also available for 500yen. 
We will fold the dress into a gift box with some tasteful decorations.



Q.10 :Multiple shipping?

A.10 :

We will refund you 500yen/item for Japan or 1,200yen/item for Overseas through Paypal, 
from the 2nd dress on a same shipping.

It may take up to 2 working days, as we'll do so manually.
